Congratulations! You are now about to take on the next milestone of your life. But before you acquire your new home, there are some things to bear in mind in order to avoid regret or any form of hassle in the future.

STEP 1
Set a house viewing schedule by calling or texting us at (+63) 917 511 2431 or thru email and chat. House viewing assistance is absolutely FREE of charge.

STEP 2
Choose a financing term that best suits your paying capacity. You can check here for available financing terms.

STEP 3
Choose your house model and unit location based on the inventory to be provided by our property consultants. Upon choosing your unit, pay the corresponding reservation fee at the developer’s sales office.

STEP 4
You have 60 days to submit the loan requirements. A list of requirements needed to submit within 60 days will be given to you. Submitting and completing the requirements on time means hassle free processing of your loan. STEP 5
Pay your scheduled monthly payments. During reservation, you will be given a schedule of your monthly dues. This will start within 30-45 days from reservation date.

STEP 6
Congratulations! You can now move-in to your new house. After full payment of the Downpayment, you will be scheduled to inspect the house. If you’re satisfied with the house, you may now accept it and move in.
